Married to the same wonderful lady and we have two grown daughters. Retired early from the credit industry and relocated to Myrtle Beach, our favorite vacation spot, 20 years ago. Having owned and managed various properties as rentals gave me an insight of the real estate workings which caused me to go back to school and became a real estate appraiser apprentice, completing over 200 single family and condo appraisals. I decided working with people was best for me so I changed to real estate sales. I’ve represented various builders in building condos and single family homes by national and local custom builders. This knowledge gave me the added ability to find the right property for many clients and customers over the years.
Finding the best value that meets or exceeds my clients and customers wants and needs, is my reward for continuing work in this 2nd career
