Below you will find some background information on the staff you will encounter when working with Creekside Homes of Myrtle Beach:
Jamie founded Creekside Homes in 2004 to redefine the design-build companies that failed to offer what he thought clients should expect: quality workmanship and a trusting partnership. The Horry county native graduated from Horry Georgetown Technical College and Clemson University, with degrees in forestry and environmental science, before he applied his innovative thinking and customer relationship fundamentals to Creekside and the construction industry as a whole. Jamie holds the following licenses from the State of South Carolina: SC Residential builder #19824, General Contractor # 111284 (Building, Grading, Concrete Paving, Asphalt Paving, Water & Sewer & Bridge Classifications), Mechanical Contractor #110039 (Electrical & Plumbing). North Carolina #68768 (Building, Highway – Excavating & Grading, Public Utilities – Water & Sewer Lines).
When not working, Jamie enjoys relaxing at home and spending time with his wife, Helen, and son, Jase.
Jamie’s wife, Helen, is not only a broker and owner of her own real estate agency, but she also heads Creekside’s marketing efforts, as well as gives insights and recommendations on any design decisions for the company’s custom homes.
